The Worship and Music Ministry Team is responsible for planning and organizing all aspects of worship to enrich the spiritual life of the congregation. They strive to provide worship that is Christ centered, rooted in the Gospel, adheres to the liturgical calendar and ELCA worship practices. They coordinate with the pastor and director of music to ensure that the worship services of the congregation are conducted regularly and in accordance with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America worship practices. The team encourages all our members to participate in this planning process by providing ideas and suggestions to enhance our worship. One of the ways we do this is to offer an opportunity to review the Scripture readings for a particular upcoming Sunday, and select from a list of activities that encourage thinking about the readings in a different way.
